This is more beneficial because I can repeat it in my self talk along with you vs the disconnect. I also want to encourage people to try other speeds as it may help depending on if you are falling asleep, in devotions or other activity. GBY!!!! Janet

This helped me I am currently going through a lot and my anxiety is through the roof I’m 15 and I lost my sister when I was younger it really sticks with a person when they lose a loved one it hurts me everyday but when I listen and read the Bible I feel a lot better but nothing can really make me not sad I know she will always be ok with god but I wish I could see her again
